Engineers and/or architects need not be licensed. Duties will include roofing, waterproofing, window and building envelope evaluation, survey, design, investigation, project management and quality control. Computer proficiency preferable. Admin/Accounting Stafford Consulting Engineers is seeking a full-time Administrative / Accounting Assistant for our Charlotte, NC Office. Duties will be divided between assisting Controller with billing and day-to-day data entry and assisting President with a variety of marketing tasks, including presentations and proposals. Engineering experience not necessary, but would be helpful. Stafford Consulting Engineers is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Orange Park, FL office. Duties will include assisting engineer with day-to-day scheduling, paperwork, presentations, and proposals. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are preferable.
